The project
ECA enables businesses to mobilise their most valuable assets: their people. They partner thousands of international clients; providing insight and support to help them navigate the complexities of global human resources.

Challenge
ECA is the leading authority on global mobility data. They needed to evolve their brand to encapsulate who they are and communicate their point of difference. Their approach sets them apart – they provide the best data but go a step further by offering a superior service to help businesses move and manage their people across borders. They needed a new framework in which to deliver their dynamic brand values and present themselves as consistent and confident leaders.

Solution
We wanted to reflect the brand purpose in our core idea by developing an overarching message: For a world that’s constantly moving. A sense of energy flows through the brand giving ECA a dynamic and always ‘on-it’ look and feel. We used layered numbers as a graphic device to create movement within the design – it’s as if the icons have just moved in on to the page.
