As a leader in global search and selection, the brand needed elevating to meet the energy, expertise and new vision at the heart of the business. We created a brand that could translate internationally and work across all sectors with different clients and candidates.
We developed a brand with a distinctive simplicity – from the logo and colour palette to the straightforward language and look and feel. The framed imagery purposely selects one person from a crowd, a graphic representation of the search and selection process. And an impactful symbol that people are the focus.
