We help brands arrive at Fresh or New or Different or Bold or Disruptive or Inspiring or Human and we take an analytical, science-y, creative, data-immersing approach to get there. We find the latest start up a new name, help big tech companies stand out online, find ways for household brands to remain relevant…the list goes on. If you think so too, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a brilliant Senior Designer to join our growing brand team. You’ll be creating brands from scratch, refreshing some, evolving others and humanising the ones that have got a bit too complex or techy. All for some of the world’s most leading organisations.

What will you be doing?

  • Creating, developing and delivering brilliant and beautiful design solutions for a diverse range of clients across the world
  • Working closely with our Associate Design Director and Executive Creative Director to create, craft and deliver ‘big ideas’ across brand, digital and campaign
  • Leading creative projects from concept to implementation
  • Creatively questioning and exploring briefs to help define interesting, exciting and fresh work
  • Pushing the agency’s work in new and exciting directions
  • Collaborating with the strategy and digital teams to deliver outstanding brand and creative work across all touchpoints
  • Supporting the brand team across multiple clients and briefs
  • Sharing our sense of curiosity, inspiring our teams and our clients alike

  • An appetite for curiosity, an inquisitive mind and an eye for detail
  • An ideas-led approach and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, able to confidently present your ideas, stand up for your work and explain your thinking
  • A passion for all things creative, able to bring big ideas to the table and deliver them with meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the full branding process
  • Collaborative skills to be a team player through and through
  • Unafraid to roll your sleeves up with the team to solve any challenge that might come up
  • Branding experience and examples within your portfolio
  • Strong organisational skills and be comfortable multi-tasking and balancing multiple client briefs
  • A versatile skillset, with an understanding across print, digital, motion and physical spaces
  • Appetite for a fast-moving agency environment
