Most student accommodation premises are just a place to stay. A bit soulless, not very inspiring and lacking in any quality service and facilities. The Vero Group has two student accommodation brands – Prodigy Living and Intelligent Quarters. We helped to bring them together under one unifying identity, take a market leading stance, and build awareness that there is a more homely place for students to stay – akin to a hotel than a hostel.

We re-energised the brand under the Intelligent Quarters name and created a new identity and logo with a fresh and youthful feel. iQ has amazing student facilities; gyms, cinemas, social and study areas… we developed a universal look and feel, and visual language that could embrace students from any country and all walks of life.

We wanted students to feel good about living there, to feel that the iQ brand was their brand, their home. The new identity; logo, colour palette, imagery, tone of voice has been designed to welcome students to a community that is fun, vibrant and full of energy. A place where they can really enjoy being a student. An impressive 95% of iQ students recommend iQ to their friends.

We created a number of key deliverables to bring the brand to life: new website, signage, posters, and welcome literature.
